How we work
How your enquiry is handled.
You call the number at the top of the page, send the form or email us with your area, tank type and the problem. We pass it to an independent provider that serves your part of Richmond or nearby, where one is available.
The provider contacts you directly, assesses the job and gives you a quote. They set the price, schedule the work and are responsible for it. We do not take part in the work, and we cannot guarantee a provider's availability, price or workmanship.
